Cancellation Policy

𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗦 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬 All bookings are per person and secured upon payment. 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 This applies to: FULL RETREAT - BELL TENT FOR TWO FULL RETREAT - SOLO TRAVELLERS BELL TENT FULL RETREAT - BYO TENT / CAMPERVAN A £100 deposit is required to secure your space. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the retreat, either in person at FORTIS or via bank transfer. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of booking. Spaces are limited and secured on a first come, first served basis. 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦 Payment is required in full at the time of booking. 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗪𝗢 If booking under FULL RETREAT - BELL TENT FOR TWO, both guests must book individually and include each other’s names at checkout so we can allocate your tent together. 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗢 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧 If booking under FULL RETREAT - SOLO TRAVELLERS BELL TENT, you will be allocated into a same-sex shared bell tent (2-3 people). We aim to keep shared tents to two people wherever possible, but occasionally a small number may be shared between three depending on the group mix. You can request who you would like to share with during checkout. We will always do our best to accommodate requests, but final sleeping arrangements are managed by FORTIS. 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 All bookings are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, your space may be transferred to another person, subject to approval by FORTIS. 𝗙𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗦 Full retreat information and joining instructions will be shared ahead of the weekend.
