

Open to all kids and teens in School Years 5-11, our Kids and Teens Club is where confidence, strength and fun come together. It’s the perfect place to learn the foundations of lifting and movement in a supportive, non-competitive environment - all guided by our expert coaching team.
Our mission is simple: to make our young members' first experience of a gym a positive one. We want them to build a healthy relationship with exercise, move well, and enjoy every session from start to finish.
Your child’s safety always comes first. Every movement and workout is adapted to suit their age and ability, so they can train safely, confidently, and have a great time doing it.
TRAINING DAYS
KIDS (School Years 5-6): Mondays 16:30-17:30
JUNIORS (School Years 7-9): Tuesdays 16:30-17:30
TEENS (School Years 10-11): Wednesdays 16:30-17:30
